Stonemount Park Wins at the RIAI Architecture Awards 2026

Stonemount Park — our 900+ home residential community in Ballyfermot — was recognised at the RIAI Architecture Awards 2026, announced on 18 June at Merrion Cricket Club in Dublin.

The project received the RIAI Client Award — a tribute to The Iveagh Trust and Dwyer Nolan, whose vision and commitment made the scheme possible — and was Highly Commended in the Urban Design category.
